axiom token not showing: where the fill went

The fill landed in the Axiom wallet that was active when you placed it, and the transaction on a Solana explorer is the only ground truth here. Not the Axiom balance panel, and not your Phantom token list: the Phantom wallet you may have signed in with is a separate wallet, and shows the Axiom one only if you imported its recovery phrase. Both are interfaces with their own opinions about what to display. The chain has no opinion.

Start there and this takes four minutes.

do this in order

  1. Open the portfolio activity and find the transaction. Axiom links these out to a Solana explorer directly.
  2. On the explorer, read two things: the destination address and the mint.
  3. Compare that destination address to the wallet you currently have open in Axiom. If they differ, you were in a different wallet when you traded.
  4. If they match and Axiom still shows nothing, the token exists at your address and an interface is hiding it. Enable that exact mint in whichever wallet app you are checking.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect, refresh once, and stop touching it.

the reason this happens more on axiom than you would expect

Axiom generates a wallet for your account at signup, and it supports several wallets on one account with a switcher and labels. A wallet you added for one purpose, switched to once, and forgot about, holds a balance you cannot see from the wallet you are looking at now.

about the mint

More than one token can carry the same ticker, and USDC has more than one mint. Enable the mint from the transaction, not the first result that matches the name. If you enable a lookalike and it shows a balance of zero, you have not found your token, you have added a different token that you own none of.

If the explorer shows the tokens at your address, nothing has been taken from you, and there is nothing to sign to get them back.

the steps above cover the two causes, a different wallet on the same account and a token the interface is hiding. if neither matches, the remaining path is asking Axiom directly, with the explorer link to the transaction, the destination address and the mint. if you are new to Axiom, the link below is our referral link.

Signing up through this link takes 10% off your Axiom trading fees, which signing up without one does not. We get a commission from Axiom, which helps support our work, at no extra cost to you. We might add tools for people who used our code.

Tapping the button puts apebrief on your clipboard and opens Axiom. Where the signup shows a code field, paste it there.

I swapped on Axiom and the token is gone

Check the tx on a Solana explorer first. Destination address and mint are the ground truth. Then enable that mint in the wallet. Do not swap again to find it.

Where is deposit on Axiom?

Click the labelled Deposit button in the top bar, not an arrow. It opens a panel titled Exchange, and its Deposit tab shows the address of the wallet Axiom generated for your account. Send SOL there, on Solana. Your old wallet's balance is not your Axiom balance.

How do I withdraw on Axiom?

Tokens sit in the connected wallet. Open that wallet and send. Axiom is not holding a queue. If the token is hidden, enable the mint in the wallet list.
