jupiter fees, every schedule in one place
Ultra, Jupiter's default swap mode, charges 0.1% on an ordinary token swap and 0.5% on a token less than 24 hours old. Manual Mode charges no Jupiter fee. The Jupiter Mobile app runs its own, higher schedule, and limit orders, DCA and perps each have theirs. All of it is below.
ultra, the default
| Pair | Jupiter fee | On a $1,000 swap |
|---|---|---|
| SOL or a stablecoin into JUP, JLP or jupSOL | 0% | $0 |
| LST to LST, stablecoin to stablecoin, Jupiter Lend deposits and redemptions | 0% | $0 |
| SOL to or from a stablecoin | 0.02% | $0.20 |
| LST to or from a stablecoin | 0.05% | $0.50 |
| All other swaps | 0.1% | $1.00 |
| Buying or selling a token within 24 hours of token age | 0.5% | $5.00 |
The fee is inside the quote before you confirm. Expand the rate summary on the swap form and the fee breakdown shows it for the pair you typed.
The browser extension, Jupiter Wallet, sends its swaps through Ultra, so the same table applies there too.
manual mode: 0%, and what it costs instead
Manual Mode charges no Jupiter commission. You pay the Solana network fee and, if you turn it on, a Jito tip. In Jupiter's own words, what you give up is MEV protection, refunds and support, and Manual trades do not count toward incentive campaigns.
Whether that makes it cheaper depends on what the missing protection would have saved you, and no fee page can price that for you. The switch is in the swap settings: where the settings are.
jupiter mobile runs its own schedule
Native swaps in the Jupiter Mobile app have a separate schedule, higher than the web on most pairs.
| Pair, in the Mobile app | Jupiter fee | On a $1,000 swap |
|---|---|---|
| Stablecoin to stablecoin, LST to LST | 0% | $0 |
| SOL or a stablecoin into JUP, JLP or jupSOL | 0% | $0 |
| Jupiter Lend deposits and redemptions | 0% | $0 |
| SOL to or from a stablecoin | 0.1% | $1.00 |
| LST to or from a stablecoin | 0.1% | $1.00 |
| A bluechip token to or from any token | 0.1% | $1.00 |
| All other pairs | 0.2% | $2.00 |
| Newly launched tokens, within 24 hours of token age | 0.5% | $5.00 |
So the same ordinary swap is 0.1% on jup.ag and 0.2% in the app, and SOL to a stablecoin is 0.02% on the web against 0.1% in the app. Swaps made through the app's built-in dApp browser follow the web schedule instead. Limit and recurring orders placed in the app are 0.1% flat.
limit orders and dca
| Order type | Jupiter fee |
|---|---|
| Limit Order V2 | 0.03% base on stable or pegged pairs, 0.1% base on all other pairs, plus an Ultra routing fee of 0% to 0.5% |
| DCA V2 | the same as Limit Order V2 |
| Limit Order V1, DCA V1 | 0.1% flat, and no new V1 orders can be created |
The fee comes off when the order executes. On Jupiter's own ranges, a V2 order on a token less than a day old can cost up to 0.6%, the 0.1% base plus 0.5% routing, or $6.00 on $1,000.
perps
On the JLP markets (SOL, ETH, wBTC) the base fee is 0.06% of trade size to open and 0.06% to close, plus a price impact fee that scales with size and an hourly borrow fee for as long as the position is open. On a $1,000 position that is $0.60 in and $0.60 out before price impact and borrow. A liquidated JLP-market position forfeits all remaining collateral to the pool.
The Beta markets (JUP, HYPE, ZEC and stock perps, on USDC) charge a taker fee of 0.035% and a maker fee of 0.005%, $0.35 and $0.05 on $1,000, with hourly funding instead of a borrow fee. Liquidation there costs 1.25% of position value, 1.5% on JUP, and the rest of the collateral comes back to you.
the lines on the quote that are not jupiter's fee
- Network fee. Paid to Solana, not Jupiter, whether or not the swap lands. In Ultra, Jupiter sets it for you.
- Priority fee and Jito tip. You set these in Manual Mode. In Ultra they are set automatically.
- Gasless. If you hold less than 0.01 SOL, Ultra can pay your gas and add the same value to the swap fee, with no margin on top. It only does this when that amount stays within 10% of the trade, which puts the minimum at about $10, and the token you sell has to be verified. Swaps routed through JupiterZ are gasless at no extra cost.
- A site built on Jupiter. Jupiter's swap API lets another site set its own referral fee of 50 to 255 bps, which replaces Jupiter's platform fee, and Jupiter keeps 20% of it. So a "Jupiter swap" on someone else's front end can cost 0.5% to 2.55%, or $5.00 to $25.50 on $1,000. A browser extension can do the same thing to your quote on jup.ag itself: why the fee reads 0.95%.
older figures
Pages that say "no fees" or "5 to 10 bps" are out of date. Jupiter's own old developer page for the Ultra API, now marked no longer maintained, still opens with "only 5 to 10 bps", and the table further down that same page puts new tokens at 50.
