where stonkbrokers trades: the verified opensea collection
StonkBrokers, 4,444 NFTs on Robinhood Chain, trades on OpenSea as the verified collection at opensea.io/collection/stonkbrokers-434284142, contract 0x539c…abf0. The plain slug, opensea.io/collection/stonkbrokers, is delisted, so match the contract, not the name.
check the contract, not the name
A name is free to copy. A contract address is not. The project's own docs, at stonkbrokers.cash/docs, list the NFT collection contract first in their contract table:
0x539cdd042c2f3d93ebc5be7dfff0c79f3b4fabf0
The OpenSea collection at opensea.io/collection/stonkbrokers-434284142 carries that same contract. It shows a verified badge, 4,444 items, the creator powerranger69, and Robinhood Chain as its chain. If the collection page in front of you shows any other contract, it is not this collection, however close the name and the art.
The plain slug, typed from the name, lands on a page that says "This collection is no longer available on OpenSea", with a note that it was delisted for a suspected violation of OpenSea's Terms of Service. The page doesn't say which collection that was; it is not the one the project points to.
before you can trade it at all
- Add Robinhood Chain to the wallet. Chain ID 4663.
- Get ETH onto that chain for gas. Owning the right to something on a chain you cannot pay gas on is the same as not owning it yet.
- Set the marketplace's chain filter to Robinhood Chain. On OpenSea it is a filter labelled Robinhood Chain in the collections view. A collection that looks missing under the wrong filter is still there.
- Open the collection and compare its contract with the one above before you sign anything.
Every NFT has an ERC-6551 token-bound account, a wallet owned by the NFT itself, meaning two brokers with the same traits can hold different things. Check the account, not just the art.
two routes in, two fee lines
The collection is fully minted, so there is no mint to find. There are two ways in, and each carries its own fee.
OpenSea. The verified collection shows a 6.7% creator fee, one of the chips behind "1 MORE" under the collection name. Read the full fee breakdown on the confirmation screen before you sign.
The project's AMM. Broker trades are routed by the project through an AMM called Anvil. First you buy the project token, $STONKBROKER, on OpenSea, then either swap 666,666 of it plus an ETH fee for the next broker in the vault, or snipe a specific one. A swap has a 10% trade fee and a snipe has a 15% trade fee, both charged in native ETH.
AMM parameters live on a contract that can change, and OpenSea's fee chip can change too, so read the fee on the transaction screen before you sign.
