dexscreener fees: its own buy panel takes 0.5%
DexScreener's own Buy panel has a platform fee of 0.5%, shown on the panel before you connect a wallet, plus a default priority fee of 0.002 SOL on Solana pairs. The screener, the charts and search cost nothing. That 0.5% is what you pay to trade from the pair page instead of leaving it.
what the panel says
A Solana pair, logged out, no wallet connected:
| Line | Shown |
|---|---|
| platform fee | 0.5% |
| priority fee | 0.002 SOL by default |
| Slippage % | 5% by default, presets from 1% to 10% |
| Trade Settings, priority fee presets | 0 to 0.02 SOL |
| Trade Settings, Front running protection | a toggle, off by default |
The Sell tab shows the same two fee lines. What happens after a signature, where the 0.5% goes, and whether front-running protection costs extra, DexScreener doesn't say.
both legs
A buy and a sell at the displayed rate is 1% of the position in platform fee, before the priority fee and price impact.
On a small trade the priority fee is the bigger line. On a 0.1 SOL buy, 0.5% is 0.0005 SOL and the default priority fee is 0.002 SOL, four times as much. The presets go down to 0. The panel's own note says a higher priority fee speeds up confirmation, and says nothing about what a lower one costs you in waiting.
what else costs money, and who pays it
Everything else DexScreener sells is bought by token teams, not traders. A listing is not one of those things: DexScreener lists a token automatically once it sits in a liquidity pool with at least one transaction.

Boosts lift a token's Trending Score for 12 to 24 hours and are non-refundable, including when DexScreener pulls them over a security flag. DexScreener calls them "not a magic bullet". Enhanced Token Info is the paid profile.
So, as a trader: the logo and links on a token page came either free from a list such as CoinGecko's or from a profile somebody paid for, and the Boost count was always bought. DexScreener says a Boost purchase implies no endorsement, and takes no responsibility for the third-party sites its pages link to. Treat the website button like a link from a stranger.
