# withdraw from okx to a wallet: network, tag, fee and minimum

Pick the network your wallet receives on: Solana for a Phantom Solana address, and for an 0x address the EVM chain you mean to use it on. A tag is only for coins such as XRP where the receiving side gives you one. The network fee and the minimum depend on the network and show on the form, and you can cancel within one minute while it is still pending.

## before you start

OKX won't let you withdraw until you've verified your identity. If the crypto came from a P2P buy, check for OKX's T+N protection: it can lock withdrawals for 3, 7 or 15 days.

## the steps

On the website:

1. **Assets**, then **Withdraw**.
2. Pick the crypto and the on-chain withdrawal method.
3. Paste the address from your wallet's receive screen.
4. OKX usually matches a network to the address. If more than one fits, pick the one your wallet showed you.
5. Type an amount above the minimum. The network fee shows here.
6. Pass 2FA and **Confirm**.

In the app it's **Assets** or **Portfolio**, **Withdraw**, **Withdraw crypto**, then **New destinations** or **Saved destinations**, then the network.

## the network

OKX's rule: the network must match the one the destination receives on, otherwise the funds can be lost.

- **Phantom.** It has one receive address per network. Choose the network you saw on Phantom's receive screen: Solana for SOL or USDC on Solana.
- **MetaMask, or any 0x address.** The same address works on every EVM chain, so the network decides which chain the funds land on. Pick the chain you plan to use them on.

OKX lists SOL on one network, Solana, and USDC on 13, among them Arbitrum One, Base, Ethereum (ERC20) and Solana.

## tag

Some coins, XRP for one, need a tag as well as the address when the receiving side uses one. OKX says leave it out and the withdrawal is lost. Not every coin needs one, and your own wallet's address needs none.

## fee and minimum

OKX says the network fee varies by network and is set by the blockchain, so the form's figure is the one that counts. The amount has to be above the minimum.

| coin, network | network fee | minimum |
|---|---|---|
| SOL, Solana | 0.00024 SOL | 0.002 SOL |
| USDC, Arbitrum One | 0.0052 USDC | 2 USDC |
| USDC, Base | 0.022 USDC | 2 USDC |
| USDC, Solana | 0.34 USDC | 2 USDC |
| USDC, Ethereum (ERC20) | 0.86 USDC | 2 USDC |

## whitelist

Turn on OKX's withdrawal whitelist and withdrawals can only go to addresses in your address book, not to one typed in. OKX recommends it.

## test small, then send the rest

Send a small amount to a new address first and wait for it to show in the wallet. If something looks wrong while the status is still **Withdrawal Requested** or **Pending**, you can cancel within one minute and the funds come back. Once it shows **Completed**, it has left OKX.

## related questions

- **I withdrew from OKX on the wrong network. Can I get it back?** To your own wallet: OKX's help shows how to send it back from the chain you picked to your OKX deposit address for that network, using your own key and that chain's gas. To another exchange: ask that exchange.
- **How do I send crypto from an exchange to my own wallet?** Copy the address from the wallet's receive screen and pick the network the wallet showed you, not the cheapest one. A memo is only for a receiving side that asks for one. Send a small amount first, then the rest.
- **How do I buy crypto on OKX?** By card under Buy, P2P from a merchant while OKX holds the crypto, or a cash deposit and a no-fee buy from that balance. Verify your identity first, and note a P2P buy can lock withdrawals for some days.
- **How do I get crypto from an exchange onto Solana, Hyperliquid or Robinhood Chain?** Buy on the exchange, withdraw to your own wallet on the network your next stop uses, then trade there. SOL on Solana for Axiom, Photon or Jupiter. USDC on Arbitrum for Hyperliquid, unless the exchange sends there directly. ETH on Ethereum, then bridged, for Robinhood Chain.
