# dexscreener support: the real channels and the fakes DexScreener routes support to an email address on its own domain, Telegram and Discord. The browser refuses it with a certificate name error, NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID, and nothing past the warning loads. The address is DexScreener's; the help centre on it no longer opens. That error is not a phishing warning. It is also not a reason to trust a help page on any other domain. ## what DexScreener says about impersonators DexScreener says a deal discussed on Telegram is "confirmed by email ... from an official email address", to prevent fake impersonators. It says it has no token, and that a token or presale claiming to be related is likely a scam. An airdrop, a reward or a presale in its name has nothing behind it. Refunds are handled by an email from the address you used to order, giving the order number, token address and reason, and the money is sent back by the original payment method. It does not ask for a wallet connection or a signature. ## not dexscreener None of these is on the list above. The domains are written so they cannot be clicked. - **dexscreener[.]pro** is up, titled "DEX Screener · Vote to Earn $SOL". It asks you to connect Phantom, Solflare or Backpack to vote on tokens for SOL rewards, and says spots are limited. - **Two Google Sites pages under sites.google[.]com/dexscreener[.]help/** are up, each titled as DexScreener's official site with a log in. The text is SEO filler about logging in and connecting a wallet. DexScreener never mentions that domain. - **@DexScreenerSupport** on Telegram is a bot named Dex Screener Support, describing itself as "the fastest and simplest way to trade on Dex Screener". DexScreener names no support bot and no trading bot. The pattern: DexScreener's name, a reward or a login that needs your wallet, and a reason to hurry. ## for token teams - **Boost errors:** DexScreener sends you to email, Telegram or Discord. Boosts are non-refundable, including when DexScreener removes them over a security flag, and a Boost bought for the wrong token stays on that token. - **Refunds** on Enhanced Token Info, Token Advertising or a Community Takeover: email within 14 days of the order completing.
